DC specialty coffee roasters is a Melbourne based coffee roaster which has been in the game since 2002.

DC produce 5 different blends B-Side, All City, The Dutchess, The Darkness and Monsoon.

After trialing a few different blends we decided to go with their All City blend sourced from Sumatra and Colombia.

All City holds a complex flavour of Apricot, toffee, caramel and vanilla with a dry cocoa finish.

It's got a thick full body flavour perfect for a rich coffee lover.
